What we do
We offer specialized security and protection services to all our clients that suits their business, the industry and location in which they operate.
We understand that security is a major concern in South Africa due to our high crime rates. Our clients are faced not only with the imminent threat of damage to their property, theft of equipment and produce but the to their very lives. The service we offer is specialized to the location or site; and performed by well trained, certified, and experienced personnel.
Due our the management team’s expertise, we can tailor our service offering to each client’s specific needs, therefore our knowledge can easily to implemented to protect and secure any business, facility, or event.
Our Teams’ experience includes proven specialist skills and training required for the personal protection of Prominent persons, community safety, anti-riot action and environmental protection services.
Mangement and Control
The company Directors uses their knowledge, training, and expertise to prosper the organization’s success by setting the direction and strategy for the company and ensuring that it is executed effectively.​Our Managing Director is a multifaceted hands-on person, with 20 years’ experience managing everything from projects, buildings, teams and even rescues. His expertise and no-nonsense attitude make him the perfect person to “Captain this Ship”​Paragons's Director of Operations is extremely detail orientated, ambitious, focused, reliable, and well spoken. Although young in years, his interpersonal skills and work ethic makes for a natural leader. This along with his meticulous nature and proactive approach to situations allows him to take control with ease and success.​The Directors are supported by a managers who in turn brings their own extensive industry expertise to succesfully manage the day-to-day operations of this business.​​Although numerous, each staff member regardless of rank or position is hand picked, trained and supported the rest of the team to ensure that we always offer and deliver the highest standard services tailored to our clients’ specific needs.
Community Engagement
Local community upliftment and development is a large part of our company ethos.​
We’ve found that if a community is part of a project they feel valued and will assist where necessary to protect our clients’ interests as it benefits them personally.​
For all our projects we train and employ people that live in the surrounding disadvantaged communities.
We are planning to establish training facilities inside these communities from 2024. This will not only uplift the community members but will provide us a steady stream of employees trained to our standards and ready to be deployed as needed. This too wil greatly benefit our clients.
We build great relationships with the community leaders of the areas in which we operate. These relationships help us to create initiatives and programmes that not only benefit our clients but members of these communities as well.
